3-day desert tour from Errachidia to Merzouga: a private, tailor-made trip with your own driver and a flexible itinerary.

Two nights at a luxury camp in the Sahara, with a full day to explore Erg Chebbi.

Day 1: Errachidia – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

Your driver-guide picks you up at your hotel in Errachidia. Stops in Erfoud, known for its fossil and mineral shops, and Rissani, cradle of the Alaouite dynasty that has ruled Morocco since the 17th century, where we have lunch. On arrival in Merzouga, a camel ride into the desert and a night at the luxury camp: dinner, Berber music around the fire, a starry sky and comfortable tents.

Day 2: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi

A day among the Erg Chebbi dunes, the largest in Morocco: walks, camel rides, oases and nomad settlements, with sunrise and sunset over the dunes. In the evening back at camp for Moroccan food, music and stars.

Day 3: Merzouga – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Errachidia

After breakfast we drive to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges, a narrow canyon with towering walls popular with hikers and climbers. Lunch at a restaurant and back to Errachidia.
