2-day trip from Fes to Chefchaouen
2-day trip from Fes to Chefchaouen: a private, tailor-made trip with your own driver and a flexible itinerary.
This short break takes you from Fes to the blue city of the Rif. It also includes a morning in nature, among waterfalls and rivers. So it is ideal to round off a trip to the imperial cities.
Day 1: Fes – Chefchaouen
We leave Fes early in the morning. We head for Chefchaouen, a Berber town in the Rif mountains. Its white and blue houses stand out against the green fields watered by the Lau river. On the way we stop to admire the valley.
We reach Chefchaouen in time for sunset. Then we stroll through the medina and see its great mosque. We sleep in a riad near the main square.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – waterfalls – Fes
Early in the morning we walk to the Chefchaouen waterfalls. We also explore the surroundings. Here you find God’s Bridge, a natural arch over the Farda river. For nature lovers, this area is a hidden paradise.
Then we drive back to Fes. We arrive around 4 pm. The trip ends at your accommodation or wherever you prefer.
Why visit Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen is one of the most photographed towns in Morocco. Its blue streets are quiet and almost free of traffic. In addition, the mountain air is fresh and clean. That is why it invites you to stroll without hurrying.
In two days you have time to see the medina calmly and walk in nature. If you have more days, we can combine this route with the Merzouga desert. The trip is private, so we adapt it to you.
