Itinerary

Your driver-guide picks you up at your hotel and heads south-east past orange, olive and peach orchards to the arid, moon-like hills of the Agafay Desert. From here we leave the paved roads: steep dunes, rocky scenery, dry riverbeds, canyons and oases, Berber villages and flocks of sheep.

After a mint tea, enjoy a one-hour camel ride followed by a Moroccan tajine lunch in a nomad tent. In the afternoon we continue to Lake Lalla Takerkoust, Marrakech’s water reservoir, with the snow-capped High Atlas on the horizon. Back at your hotel in the late afternoon.
